Thanks to its internal production and close collaboration with Renaissance Yeast, since 2013, and with Dolmar productos, Coccitech can provide a wide range of quality wine products, designed to respond promptly to the different needs of winemaking.

YEASTS RENAISSANCE ANTI-H2S

Yeast strains covered by an international patent from the University of California in Davis that solve the biological problem of reduction in wine, avoiding the production of hydrogen sulphide during fermentation. The wines obtained with these strains are immediately fragrant, elegant and without sulfur alterations. The vinification operations are facilitated and the wine is ready to reach the market in a shorter time.

CONVENTIONAL YEASTS

Yeasts selected by Coccitech to conduct adequate and well controlled fermentations. Both Saccharomyces and non-Saccharomyces yeasts are offered, according to the different fermentation needs.

ACTIVANTS OF FERMENTATION

Products for the nutrition of yeast useful to regulate fermentation, raise the aromatic profile of the wines produced and increase their shelf life. Coccitech activators, thanks to the high quality of the selected raw materials, make it possible to provide essential nutrients for the vitality of the yeast, such as glutathione, fatty acids and vitamins.

CLARIFIERS

Products selected by Coccitech for the essential cleaning phase of musts and wines. This line of products allows for effective clarification and flotation, allowing the production of elegant wines and limiting the problems of oxidation, browning and unpleasant odors. The clarifying products proposed mainly exploit proteins of vegetable origin, giving a greater naturalness to the wine produced. In these products there are sodium and calcium bentonites capable of stabilizing the wine at the protein level and speeding up sedimentation in the different cleaning processes of musts and wines. Furthermore, natural alternatives to PVPP are proposed for the removal of oxidized and oxidizable molecules in the winemaking process.

LACTIC BACTERIA

Strains of lactic bacteria selected by Coccitech to increase the complexity of the wines and make the malolactic fermentation fast and complete. Our line of lactic bacteria helps to give softness to the wine and to form new aromatic compounds capable of making the wine more harmonious.

ENZYMES

Line of enzymes selected by Coccitech for different needs along the entire wine production chain, from maceration to the clarification and flotation phase. Enzymes allow quick and effective cleaning of musts. The range of enzymes proposed also allows a better extraction of noble components from grapes, such as primary aromas, and coloring components.

POLYSACCHARIDES

Range of products sought by Coccitech to meet different needs. The proposed polysaccharides allow to give structure and roundness to the wine; those with low molecular weight limit the bitter and astringent notes of wines, while those with high molecular weight give the wine softness and structure. In addition, they play an important role as a protective colloid, providing protection against protein instability and promoting color stabilization.

TANNINS

Range of tannins useful in the different stages of winemaking. The proposed products have a high antioxidant and antioxidase power, allowing to stabilize the color, provide structure and softness to the wine and preserve the aromas. The selected tannins have different origins, such as Tara, Gall, oak, Chestnut or cherry tree.

COALS

We offer a range of vegetable carbon to remove unwanted aromas and discolor the wine. The carbons are activated with phosphoric acid allowing to obtain pores of the desired size depending on the treatment to be performed. These products can retain colors or eliminate unpleasant odors in an exclusive way, without going to modify the wine where it is not necessary.

AROMATIC CLEANING

SPARKLING WINE

Products selected by Coccitech specifically for the second fermentation phase. These products make it possible to obtain sparkling wines that are well clarified and free from unwelcome aromas, acting concretely on oxidized and oxidizable compounds.
